The WS-500M is a truly mobile scrap metal shear with a dual diesel-electric hybrid power system. Unlike conventional shears that require fixed power infrastructure, the WS-500M can operate on grid electricity when available or switch to its onboard diesel engine for remote locations without power access. The integrated trailer chassis allows rapid deployment between scrap yards.

  • Dual Power Modes: 74 KW electric motor for grid operation + 120 HP diesel engine for off-grid sites
  • Seamless Power Switching: Automatic transfer between electric and diesel modes without interrupting operation
  • Integrated Trailer Chassis: Highway-towable design with standard fifth-wheel or ball hitch connection
  • No Foundation Required: Built-in hydraulic stabilizers deploy for level operation on any firm ground
  • Quick Deployment: Ready to operate within 30 minutes of arrival on site
